"The Thin Red Line of Heroes" vanishes
with a whimper. Britain’s Labour government is in trouble, and it should
be. The release of the so-called Lockerbie Bomber by the Scottish authorities with the connivance of Prime Minister Gordon
Brown and his cronies was the straw that broke the British peoples’ collective backs.
I suffered a great psychological shock the other day. I realized that
there are people in the United States who actually believe that what is happening is a good thing. That was sobering to say
the least.
No question in my mind that the average, clear thinking American voter
is much smarter and more ethical than the average DC idiot. How this country could have voted these charlatans into office
should tell us just how far our country has fallen.
"He who loses money loses much. He who loses a friend loses
more. But he who loses faith loses all."
Conservative; or Not? It seems to me that the original neoconservatives, and most of today’s
variety, were made up of liberal intellectuals who rebelled against the Democratic Party on defense issues, and eventually
on a free-market economy. They did not, however, change their views on the entitlement state, gun control, abortion, education
and social services.

your leadership, they do it primarily because of one of two things: your character or your skills.
It is time, ladies and gentlemen. Time to regain the freedom in this
country that has been fought for and guaranteed to us as citizens of the greatest nation on earth.
I don’t think it is any surprise to anyone with the ability
to observe their surroundings that there is something wrong with this country.
In the not too distant past I could have made the statement that any
high school junior could tell you there are three branches of government. Sadly, I can no longer say that.
The Cross The U.S. Supreme
Court recently heard arguments on whether or not a crude metal cross that has been standing in the Mojave Desert for
75 years can stay there. The cross was placed there as a memorial to those who served and died in World
War I.
Mad as Hell.... When asked about the impact of the growing conservative backlash from ordinary rank-and-file Republicans and
Independents he (VA Rep. Tom Davis) described "Tea Partiers" as people who were "unsophisticated politically"
and who didn’t really understand national politics. He off-handedly dismissed them.

Blowing Foam Off The Brew Capitalism and Democracy can not co-exist. Raw Capitalism tends to separate classes of people into extremes.
